This process is to ensure you are in compliance with the Town's one residence per 2.5 acre requirement in Town Ordinance No. 8. No home inspections are required. The Building Permit/Acreage Verification application can be obtained by clicking on the following link: Application for Building Permit/Acreage Verification Form Mail the completed application with payment to the address on the application.
